Driving Directions
- Exit #167 from I-70 and head South
- Go through two roundabouts south of I-70
- Turn right after Alpine and US Bank onto Benchmark Rd
- Pull up the ramp at The Seasons at Avon and park in front, visitor parking
- Concierge desk is in the front lobby - they will have your parking pass
- Tip: Grab the Vail Daily or other periodicals at the desk for current events and discounts!
Codes for Doors and Elevators

Parking Instructions
โ ๏ธ Maximum Height: 7' 6"
If your vehicle is taller, ask the front desk about parking at the loading dock on the East side.
- Garage entrance is just before the entrance ramp on the East side of the building
- Press the intercom button and show your parking pass to the camera, OR press # + CODE + *
- Park in the Residents spots
- Keep your parking pass visible on your rearview mirror
- View parking map here
- Take elevator "BB" to the 4th floor (the West elevator won't reach the condo)
- Luggage carts are available at the elevator
- The condo is at the end of the walkway on the 4th floor
Front Door Access
You can unlock the front door using either the August App or the keypad to the right of the door.
Using the Keypad:
- Enter your code (last 4 digits of your phone number)
- Press the red circle on the bottom
- You'll hear a confirmation beep when unlocked
Using the App:
- Only the primary booking person receives the app invitation via email
- To add additional users, send their name and cell phone number to the host
- Simply press the red circle in the app to unlock
Note: The door has an auto-lock feature that locks after 30 seconds.
A backup key is available in a lockbox if needed - just contact the host.

The home has three heating systems:
- Baseboard heaters: One in each bedroom and three in the living room. Control using thermostats in each room and near the front door.
- Radiant floor heating: In bathrooms and kitchen with individual controls.
- Fireplace: Automatic timer controls on the left. Fan controls on bottom right - please keep the fan always on to avoid damage. Restart instructions here.

- Be kind. Be the neighbor you would like others to be. Keep noise levels reasonable, especially in the evening and early morning.
- No smoking anywhere, including the patio (including marijuana)
